US orders: We ship business days, Monday through Friday, typically within 48 hours of order receipt; orders received on a weekend or holiday ship within the next 2 business days. Most orders ship UPS ground; a few items ship US Postal Service. We ship to street or APO/API addresses in the continental United States and can ship to Hawaii, Alaska and outside of the US on request and for additional cost. Sorry, we are not able to ship to PO boxes. Shipping costs (including for merchandise returns) are in addition to the purchase price unless otherwise stated; free shipping offers of any kind do not apply to orders shipping to addresses outside of the continental US or wholesale orders. chattra ships from California, USA.
International orders: Some chattra customers ordering from outside the US use an international shipping consolidating service such as www.myus.com If using such a service, we'll ship UPS ground or USPS service from chattra to your international shipping service; sorry, but we are not responsible for forwarding, delivery, tracking or other services and updates once your order has reached your international shipping service.

Currency, Payment & Taxes
All prices are in US dollars. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal are accepted; all applicable taxes will be applied to orders.
As general policy, chattra does not have "sales" or offer "discounts" as we are committed to honoring the work of the artisans using traditional, time-consuming craft techniques to create our yoga and meditation gear. Special offers including free shipping, gift with purchase, etc cannot be combined or applied to wholesale orders.
We want you to love your chattra! If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund, less shipping charges, within 15 days of order receipt. Sale or discounted items are not returnable. Returned items must be clean, unwashed, unused, in original packaging, and include a completed chattra return form (return goods address is included in the chattra return form). Customers are responsible for postage associated with returns/exchanges except in the case of chattra fulfillment errors. Purchases made via PayPal will be refunded by check.
